Alma Potchke New England Aster is a native perennial with a dense mounded habit and tightly packed deep green lance-like foliage. The large, lacy double petaled saturated pink flowers with yellow centers bloom in clusters from late summer into fall. Its flowers are attractive to butterflies and bees. Grows best in full sun and rich, moist soils. Drought tolerant.
