General Event Questions:
Q: Do I need to make a reservation for a Childrens’ Event?
A: Yes, there is limited seating at all Kids events. Reservations are required, no walk ins.
Q: What is the recommended age for the Children’s events?
A: The Holiday breakfasts are appropriate for children from 3 years to 7 years.
Q: Do I pay for a baby to attend an event?
A: Siblings are welcome, you only pay for children who will sit at a table and participate in the activities.
Q: Are adults allowed to attend the events?
A: Yes, adults can attend the event and watch all the activities. Refreshments and light desserts are available for the adults.
Q: Are events refundable?
A: There are No Refunds, however they are transferrable. If your child can not attend you may ask a friend or neighbor to attend.
Q: Is the food served at the events allergy free?
A: We try our best however, we can not guarantee that all food is allergy free. You can email kim@deesnursery with specific inquires.
Q: How long are the Events?
A: Each event is approximately 90 minutes.
Q: How do I register and pay for an event?
A: Visit deesnursery.com and click on events to register and pay.

Q: Can I reserve a time for a family photo?
A: No, it is first come first serve.
Q: What are the hours for Santa and The Easter Bunny?
A: 10am to 5pm
Q: When is it least busy for photos to be taken?
A: That is impossible to say. However, we suggest you come with your family at the best time for your individual children.
Q: Do I have to purchase a Photo Package to visit with Santa or The Easter bunny?
A: Yes, this year a photo must be purchased to visit Santa. We have built a new Santa Display, hired more employees, and taken other measures to ensure everyone’s safety.
Q: Can I bring my Pet in for a Photo?
Yes, we love animals here at Dees’. Your Pet must be on a leash and be friendly. The best time to bring a pet would be at the end of the day.
