Golden Carpet Creeping Juniper is a densely prostrate coniferous shrub noted for its soft aromatic needle-like foliage emerges gold and matures to rich green before turning mauve tones for winter.  Best planted in full sun and well-drained soils.  Drought Tolerant once established. Golden Carpet is more vigorous and aggressive than other creeping junipers.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Low Maintenance.  Junipers are generally susceptible to blights, especially in unusually wet weather.  Rust and canker may occur, though it is not serious.  Potential pests include aphids, bagworms, webworms, and scale.
