Product Description
Ruffled Velvet Siberian Iris is a deciduous perennial with a clumping habit and long sword-like blue-green foliage that fans upwards. The rigid sturdy stalks that grow from the center of the plant are topped by beardless plum purple flowers with ruffled falls that have a gold and white blaze from late spring into summer, attracting bees. Flowers best in full sun and rich, slightly acidic, moist well-drained soils. Ruffled Velvet is disease resistant and tolerates black walnut.
