Return Policy & Cancellation Policy
At Dee’s Nursery, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policies carefully, especially for live plants, which require special handling.
Online Orders
Carrier Damage
If your plant or item arrives damaged due to carrier issues (crushed box, obvious destruction, repackaged shipment, etc.), please take clear photos of the product and packaging immediately. Email them to orders@deesnursery.com within 5 days of delivery so we can process a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

If your plant has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Once plants leave our facility, we cannot return them to the field as we cannot guarantee their condition after transit.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact orders@deesnursery.com within 5 days of delivery with proof of the defect.

Verified defective items will be replaced at no cost.

Items found to be in good condition will fall under the Buyer’s Remorse policy below.

For exchanges, please place a new order through our website.
Buyer’s Remorse
If you decide to return a product for any reason other than damage or defect:

Contact orders@deesnursery.com within 5 days of delivery.

Ship the item back to Dee’s Nursery.

Refunds will be issued for the product price minus a 15% restocking fee.

For exchanges, please place a new order through our website.
Inaccurate Shipment
If you receive the wrong item:

Contact orders@deesnursery.com within 5 days of delivery with proof of the error.

Return the incorrect item. Dee’s Nursery will cover return shipping.

We will refund the full order amount (including freight) and ship the correct item.
In-Store Purchases

Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days with an itemized receipt.

No returns or exchanges without a receipt.

No returns on live goods such as annuals, perennials, or houseplants.

Trees and shrubs are guaranteed. A copy of our tree and shrub guarantee will be provided at the time of purchase. Claims must include both the guarantee policy and the receipt.

Custom design work is final sale.

Sale and discounted items are final sale.

We are not responsible for goods left longer than 30 days.

Tip: Live plants are perishable. Please unpack and water them right away for the best results.
